Edge 705 - help needed

A quick tip for those using the Garmin Edge 705 on racetracks like Kyalami: make sure you turn off the setting that says always stick to roads. Otherwise you get this:

 

 

Now for the help:

Can anyone recommend a program or website that I can use to correct the above course data?

Actually, this does remind me of a song:

But seriously, can anyone suggest a way to correct the data (because I'll probably forget and do it again)?
