94.7 Substitution Process

Anyone know what the process is to do a substitution for the 94.7?

I scratched around on their web page but could not find it.

 

I was kindly given an entry from one of the Hubbers and need to know what I need to take with to do the substitution.

Take R100 as per race office (or R200 as per http://www.cyclechallenge.co.za/term.asp - rule 13), and the race number you are substituting for (I have letter with race number, names & ID Numbers) to SCC for registration. Apparently you will be re-seeded (hopefully not in OE!)

 

You will be issued with another race number than the one you are taking over.

 

Or else, phone the race office for info.

 

EDIT: OE might be where I land up, as I've not done any road races, and the only MTB races I've done were 15 to 35km long short.

Phone the race office with the your details and the details of the substituted rider.

You should be able to pay the substitution fee with your credit card over the phone.
