I'm not disbuting that you had bad service or aren't happy with the service you got. But I haven't had any issues. That's why I'm such a big fan and supporter. I know for a fact that every single dealer in that add had to comply to certain regulations before this were implemented. They were all consulted by a consultant of the finance company.
