Afterwards, Hummy and I are doing Bosco loop with the fast bunch. Then we can meet up somewhere for milkshakes and chill out.

Aka Race of Truth or Race against the clock.Power meter measures the power you generate. Like a Heart rate monitor measures your heart rate.Cheese factory is the name of a route which I have yet to try out. If you joined us for a ride we would do a shorter ride of a distance that you want and at a pace that you want.

The only power i ride with is a powerbar Hannah, some like to measure power. It is the similar to riders who measure their heart rate while riding. For me a power meter adds too much weight to the bike. We can arrange a very special introductory ride for you which will be a nice, relaxed social ride. We will even get Nancy (a lady) to join.

And if it would persuade the Princess to join our group for a ride I will try persuade Nance to get the road bike out again. I am meeting her early tomorrow for a mtb Spruit ride (so don't be alarmed if I post something pre-5am ) so will have a chat to her.
