help with ciclosport hac4 pro plus

Does anyone have one of these bike computers . I have recorded some tours that I would like to delete but it just wont let me . I have asked the Suppliers in Cape Town to help me but dont seem to get an answer.

i keep getting this access denied error when i try and delete ites from the tour browser. i have logged in as administrator and master and reloaded the program but cant seem to delete

Wow, you've exhausted my knowledge, sorry. Never actually tried to delete a tour. Go find where the source file is kept and remove or delete it from there?

have managed to delet the source but the other info still stays and it has got this info kept on the yearly calander which i want to delete . guess i am stuck with the stuff till someone comes up with the answer. should take the laptop in to Dragons maybe they will be able to help

have emailed Mark a few times but have not had any joy. Will try and get in touch with them again perhaps Wolfgang he seems quite knowledgeable and has helped me before. Only problem is that i am on the west coast and to get to town during office hours can be a problem. thanks anyway
