I have been pleasantly surprised with the service that I received from Karsten Cycles in Pta. I purchased a second-hand bike that needed some work that I just did not have time to do before the 24hr race this weekend.

Not only was the service done in record time but the bill was very reasonable.

Does Elsa work in the shop ? I have never been into Karsten Cycles. Everytime i have spoken to her at races, she seems so pleasant.

good one to Karstens, I have a problem with my gears on the Saturday before 94.7, and they fixed it even after it was closing time.

I recently purchased a 2nd DA crank from them and delt with a guy by the name of Petri. Wow! I had no problems! I paid and the parcel arrived on time! Not to mention, in way better condition than i had imagined!

No wonder I'm still waiting for my quote on a tandem...3 weeks after buying it somewhere else.....cause you guys don't know what shopping hours are

I have a policy, I only ask once. If I don't get service then I go somewhere else. They took the effort to take my details, but never phoned back. So it was just another wasted call and 5 minutes of my time
