Was doing a road race on Saturday ran past the cycle direct crew at the Bayside robot's ... they look a mean bunch *g*

 

Did you join the outriders bunch ? No running Races this weekend so wanna join them on Saturday ....

We're there every weekend from 6 and there's usually some MTB riders and a slower group. The more serious group went up Kloof, Glen and lower Kloof this saturday.

 

Call the shop on 021 5542128 and they'll tell you what the plan is, I'm sure with almost everyone on holiday they'll be organising morning groups during the week aswell.
