So sometime ago I complained about a cracked frame. Well it has been sorted and the following people need to be mentioned:

 

Gary Ing     Cycles Direct

Micheal Connely  Cycles Direct

Stewart Weaver  Specialized

Mark Wison          Specialized

 

These guys broke their backs to get me a new frame so that I can get back on the road.With all the sh*t I gave them they not once got pissed off. Everything was done by the book and at the end of the day another happy customer walks out the door to ride his bike and smile.

 

Thank you gentlemen.I for one am a happy customer and can recommend this brand and shop to any cyclist looking for good service with added quality.

Sorry i'm a newbie to the hub but from what i gathered you never even gave the shop or the agents a week to sort out your frame before you flamed them all on the public forum.Damage was done and now you want to turn  around and say good service.You seriously need help bro.I can't believe they never once got pissed off.I would of told you long time ago to get f@cked.You are a loose cannon bro.

Can see you are a newbie. Neither the owner nor the shop name was mentioned so what gives you the idea these where the guys I had the problem with?

Specialized also replaced my frame a while back when it cracked, no problem. Keep it up guys, this is the type of service that will definitely influence peoples decision when purchasing a new bike.

Well surely you are aloud to get p!ssed off if your frame cracks after you have just spent that amount of money on a new bike considering that it was a recent purchase.
