Home built truing stand

I purchased an e-book on wheelbuilding that included plans for this home built truing stand. Very well designed and it includes some truing tools as well. I started building it this weekend.

If it's just a slight wobble I ussally true my rims myself. I use the brake calipers as guides.

 

Important to check the tension of the spokkes though. I don't have a tool to do so, I just pluck the spokes and compare the tones.

 

So far so good. Then again I have "cheap" wheels. Shimano WR550 or something (standard wheels on the Raleigh RC6000 2005 model).
