Handle Bar height

I havent seen much on this in other posts.

 

My mountain bike came with a flat handlebar. After setting the correct height.My saddle is higher than my handle bar. I get lower back pain when cycling. is this caused by the handlebar height. When i originally got the bike the seat height was equal to the handlebar. I got back pain at first then i went away. It has now come back when i raised my seat.

Was it like a holiday - if so, hope you had a blast!   

 

 

 

I had the same thing with my new bike - the guy doing the setup said I have lower back flexibility problems.

 

Seeing to physio on Wed when my cast comes off, wanna ask her abt it if I remember.

 

If I remember will report back what she said.
