She rides a 18" (medium) scott mtb.1.74m tall, what size roadbike would fit her more or less? Would a 54cm be to small or to big?Please help... Is R3000 for a giant OCR 2 a good deal or not so great?
Jules Posted January 14, 2009 Posted January 14, 2009 A 54cm probably does equate to a medium MTB. But why not get her sized by a pro or plug her measurements into a sizing website? I'd say the R3k sounds reasonable. Definitely not a bargain, but probably not that expensive either. Much would depend on the type of components and how much they've been used etc.

Torso and top tube length should also be considered and might be the deciding factor for between small & medium.
