I'm a sucker for grips and I currently have the 3rd pair on my bike in a year.

These are called Ryder Tape Grip. They are lock on grips that is covered with normal handlebar tape. So if it gets damaged or you are tired of the colour, you just buy some tape and rewrap it. I have not done this myself yet as I just stick to black. They are quite bulky but very soft. The only thing I do not like is that the clamps tightens againsts the bar and not around it. There is a little metal bit to protect the bar against the little bolt. There are two bolts per clamp. They are not compattible with any end caps so you whave to plug the bar end with the plugs privided. They are not the lightest and not the cheapest, R139, (On-One is cheaper @ R95) but I think the replacable tape is it's plus point.
