Fizzik poor service

I ride a Fizzik saddle and replaced my last one with a new one because it is so comfortable.  After two months the material on the saddle started going loose.  I spoke to my bike shop and they phoned the Fizzik guys.  The reply was that i must take a picture of the saddle, which is not a unreasonable request.  I did that and the next reply from them was that i must take the saddle off and send it to them and the they will deside to replace or repair.  I do not know if it is me but what must i use for a saddle while they deside.  Buy a new one, it is not going to be a Fizzik again.  What can the bike shop do.  They can replace it, but what if Fizzik desides to repair the saddle?Cry FrancoisO2009-01-19 00:35:16

Hey give fizik a call. I found them very helpful when my Gobi broke. I sent it up and had a new one two days later. Obvisouly not having a saddle for two days is not the best but they were as fast as one could hope for.
