pseudoephedrine is related to ephedrine but not the same

 

kinda - but most importantly - pseudoephedrine isnt on WADA's list

Quoted from WADA Prohited List for 2009... page 7:

 

* The following substances included in the 2009 Monitoring Program (bupropion, caffeine, phenylephrine, phenylpropanolamine, pipradol, pseudoephedrine, synephrine) are not considered as Prohibited Substances.

Reason for posting this now was due to a long chat I had with the Pharmacist last night...

I usually take Coryx which also contains pseudoephedrine. She (Pharmacist) said it also contains an anti-hestamine (on the banned list) called chlorpheniramine, but that's not showing on the list either.
