Giant frame recall

I've been working too hard the last 3 weeks to surf the net much, but came accross this one:

Recall is for 2009 TCR Advanced SL and ISP road frames.

 

 

 

I guess this is the end then of Giant owners bashing Cervelo

Out of a batch of thousands they found one with a small crack in the steerer tube. Good on them for recalling the whole batch. Many manufacturers would only replace the forks as they crack.

I don't think they would issue a recall if there is no risk.

Good on them for doing the right thing. Lots of other frames are also made by Giant.
