I felt bad ROFLMFAO but the way you put it, it was hysterical. (Now all my office mates are looking at me like I jst landed from Jupiter.)

 

I'm really glad you're ok and it really is great to see that there are still afew decent people out there.

Edit; Lucky you were not on a tandem with a buddy. You may have ended up landing in Cuba.

Well my aches and pains seemed familiar .. either it was memories of growing up in the Southern suburbs of Jozi during the 70's/80's   .. or it was some well spent years playing ice hockey, which earned me more injuries than I care to share. I tried to tell my wife today about my injured state, [honest I did !] but my modest efforts failed to eclipse her usual hypochondria. Falling off a bike a bike was a mere curtain raiser to her "well dear, I've got such a headache ! ... "  Oh yeah, well I've got a cheese grater signature on my face too dear !! Wife's .. I tell you !   Actually, it's probably better this way, because I'd hate for her to give me schtick about how dangerous cycling can be [as she did for ice hockey]. Some spouses have romantic notions about cycling .. let it be I say
