Guest Big H Posted February 15, 2009 Share Yesterday we did 50 km and today 80km. We did the 50 with an ave of 31.6km/h and this morning the 80 with an average of 30.6km/h. I was scared my recent cold and the nosebleeds would cause us to loose some fitness. It seems that the rest only did us good. All traing was in the flat Angola and I know that ARGUS will be a different kettle of fish. At least we are much better prepared than last year.
