bent fork

i noticed at the weekend that my trusty old duke seems to be bent. one leg of the fork seems to be further back than the other. i asked hog to confirm my suspicions, but he was kinda hungover on sunday and couldn't see straight.

there are more visible signs of damage. any ideas on what the damage may be? if so, can it be fixed? should the fork be turfed? (i am soooo hoping this is not the answer.

That's just it dude! It looked straight to me, so it must be fooked! LOL

To me it looked more like it was bent at the crown/steerer join. I thought it looked like both legs were equally far back. Maybe the best would be to take a pic from the side?
