Guys, just think about this.

1) Unassisted

2) 1500km's in 3 days!

3) 25km/h average

4) 60 hours riding time.

This is world-class. This guys should be on podiums (i.e. RAAM)

Well done mate!

3 days?

thats 500km / day. the racing teams do the DC in around 6hrs.so you're looking @ 20hrs of cycling per day to get a 25kmh average. did he do everything else in 4hrs?

POST MORTEM

Hello fellow cyclist's.I had a bad day Thursday, trying to rest but body was past the point of The good, exchausted and seriously crazy.

On mechanical side, 2 punctures only and bike computer went and died on Tuesday.Bike handled nicely over the distance.I had no real trouble at night, the weather being cooler was alot easier. My total distance was 1450km over the three days, 18h on Mondays with Tuesday being 24h and Wednesday 18h total 60h with rest stops or naps.Just had a massage and physio.Next is to finnish Cycle Tour under 3h, So I can do a lap for charity!!DeadWacko
