Can anyone give me advice or refer me to a good manual to take my headshok apart?

Want to do it myself but don't want to do it myself the first time...

you not only need a good manual but you also need special tools.

it;s best left to Cape Cycle Systems.

Ifi had the required castle tool and special spocket for this fork then I would help you, but I don't and Lefty uses a different castle tool.

I don't want to be funny, but take it to your LBS and have them strip it out and send it to Cape Cycles. I was with out my bike for about 2 weeks (partially because of a courier strike) and my shock needed a major overhaul. All the roller bearings where replaced. It cost just less than R1K. But the results where well worth it. The difference is chalk and cheese. In fact I'm no longer looking for a Fox F100 or SID to upgrade the bike.
