However, if it is a square-taper crank then it uses the standard puller that works on Shimano, Sugino, Campy, Stronglight, NoName and all the rest. Perhaps a photo could help. Veloce Posted March 9, 2009 Share Hi JB Problem solved.Yes it is the square taper crank leg, but I had the crank puller without a removeable "mushroom" head. Went to my LBS and got a nice puller with an extension (mushroom head) that can be removed for getting into tighter spaces. Sorted, thanks!! Johan Bornman Posted March 9, 2009 Share Good to hear you solved the problem. Telephonic and e-mail diagnostics are always difficult, one tends to overlook the obvious. When you said "Doesn't fit" I hear "doesn't screw into the crank". Newer pullers all seem to have the removable head for larger and smaller spaces.
