depending on weight and tyres, tubeless or not?

I cant give exact pressure specs but with the technical nature of the singletrack I like to go as low as possible without pinching a tube or burping a tubeless setup.

Youll have much more control on the twisty stuff, corner better blah di bla youve heard ut before :)

This is if youll be riding the singletrack pieces, other wise a harder pressure will be better for the dirt roads in groenies

I normally ride with a pressure of about 2.5 bar.

Let's see what the others say. Will probably tell you that 2.5  is far too hard. I HAVE A PRETTY GOOD FULL SUSPENSION BIKE.

The missus and I have never been offroad before. We both have hardtails and we weigh 75kg and 70kg respectively. We will be riding with Mandible's group so we won't be riding very fast. My son will be on the back of my bike in his baby seat so I would like to keep the ride as soft as possible for him too. We both have normal tyres with tubes in.

Speed Devil, there are two sections of single track on the route I have planned for the novices/slower folk/kids. Both are very smooth with virtually no obstacles/rocks. There isn't much loose sand around at the moment as it has all been washed away.

There is one very rocky section elsewhere but I don't suggest you ride it with the baby seat on the back. Try run the tyres fairly hard and you can always deflate them slightly if you feel that they are too hard.

You shouldn't become airborne at any stage on the route Wink
