Spinervals

Has anyone ever heard of the spinerval series of dvd's? Anyone got one or used them? Are they any good?

I've got a few of those DVD's. Murderous.

 

I've never been so f*cked before as after doing the "Have Mercy" DVD.

 

They are very hard and highly recommended. I feel though that the TrainRight (Carmichael) DVD's are a little better structured though.

 

But still, if you are going to order, get it.

Obtained them via "other" methods. A decent internet connection and a little Googling does wonders...
