Where can I fiix this in Gauteng?

Can't you build that up with Pratley Steel by any chance?

I haven't tried Onetime, but wanted to have it build up by an Aluminium weld, preferably.

You can't weld that since you cannot do a proper heat treatment job on the frame. And if you do, the paint will come off.

TokenFreak is respraying the frame. He claims he should be able to repair this with Alumiweld.

One place where you dont want the slightest movement is anywhere that your RD cable is running. I think you are looking for endless hassles by trying to fix this. Good luck. Please post some pics of the repair and if it works.
