Garmin 705 - how do you merge waypoint and course?

I have the waypoints and courses saved on my 705 (used save location). How do I merge the waypoints and the course with all the waterpoints mentioned on there, to distribute to other people, using training center and mapsource. I need to do this for a race.

I'm fed up with mine. Every time I replace the bracket it breaks again within 3days.
