I'm the second biggest supporter of Shimano but I would not go for the new DA. I just hate the fact that they use colours and paterns on the cranks, deraileurs and brake arches. It dates extremely quickly and as soon as something new comes out, the existing stuff stands out by a mile. Campy got it right (I'm talking looks, not performance). You can still mix 08 shifters for 05 other parts and no one will be any wiser.
