ASTANA Posted April 30, 2009 Share Would go for the Merida - Easy service and easier to get. Cube - very nice bike, great to be different, but you need to import this and all the schlep if something goes wrong or you need replacement etc. So - MERIDA

The first shipment is on route apparently. Would this change opinions?

singletrackmind Posted May 5, 2009 Share That cube bike is utter porn!! its so good looking. The parts on the cube also seem to be better then that on the merida. Cube is my choice.
agentgreen Posted August 22, 2009 Share yeah, i'm sorry, i'm a couple of months late on this thread, But anyone who chooses a Merida over a Cube is a freaking retard! that's like turning down Bugatti Veron coz you'd rather have the zebra-skin seat-covers on the tripped out M3 with zeff danville spoiler!!!! predictor Posted November 22, 2009 Share I own 3 meridas for one reason, Service. I am not saying that you would not get great service anywhere else BUT I did Epic on my mission 3000d this year Derrick told me he would send back Triangle with me for free as I had vehicle backup that could carry the spare. If used I would the just pay for the part. I did not take him up on his offer (time issues) and in the end had no technicals. Must say I had good technical team servicing my bike (Grant Cycles). My brother arrived from Dubai last year crater cruise only to find his bike trashed in the airport. Once again I gave Derrick a call and he gave my boet a loan AM 800 for the event. My boet now owns the AM 500D. Just my experience thus far
Leon101 Posted November 25, 2009 Share MERIDA for sure!!They are cheap considering the components you get on them + they are easy to service and you can get a Merida almost anywhere!!
