OKay, never saw that page ... ... but I'm going to fax them my application. As a web developer I avoid non-https sites when supplying certain info. Its not a reflection on the company but just a security concern on my side.

 

All https does is encrypt the data being sent and limits a man-in-the-middle attack. Just print a form and fax it.
