How often should you open up your freehub? I read in "Zinn and the art of mtb maintainance" that you should use only oil and no grease.

 

When I did open mine up there was a nightmare going on in there. Cleaned and re-greased but eventually the grease stuck the teeth down and the bike "engaged neutral". Now using oil only and much better.
