Hi all, first off I think this is the right place to post, but if I'm wrong then sorry... but on to the post.

 

I read some time ago (but can't remember where hence the post) that the burning sensation in your legs depending on where it is, can indicate to you as to whether your bike set up is right. So for example if the the area above you kneecaps burn, then you too low or high.

 

Anyone else know anything about this? Where should you feel the "burn"?
