Have a Rock Shock Tora on my Scott Aspect 10, It's been replaced under warranty, but still has the same problem, leaks from the bottom, I'm now Gatvol, any suggestions on a decent affordable alternative?

Had a look really cool but costs almost as much as the bike, dont do much of the heavy duty riding, so just somrthing that wont leave me in the cr@p at some point

Mmm, you are probably looking for a recon or even a tora 318 both in solo air. Or do you prefer the coil over air for suspension?

I have the Tora 302 and the coil is far to hard (get about 30-40mm of travel) with preload set low low; getting a new one is not worth the money in comparison to the vaue of the fork so going for a econd hand Fox.

Yea, it's a super fork and will be a great add when you get a new frame (better one) which I can guarantee you, you will e doing in the not too distant future.

OK so that went weird on me,I dont do a lot of offroad riding, prefer the road, but with it getting dangerous out there I need to decide what my options are, If a new fork is going to cost a whack, I may as well buy a seriously good allround bike, and stop the road thing all together

Do yourself a favor and go to the chainreaction website, there are a lot of awesome deals of forks, amongst a million other things MTB/road, on offer.... the only thing is I'm not sure that if something goes wrong with a product how much the local bike store would charge to fix it as you'd be ordering from over seas ie: UK

It depends on how good a frame you have; whether it is worth while building on that for 18 months maybe or going whole hog and getting something new. Bear in mind that something decent in the MTB game these days will be around R9000 and up. At least that is what I think, with R9000 maybe being a bit low.

Fruitloop, thanks but can you or the other Hubbers suggest what fork I should look at buying,  I dont think the Epic will ever be in my future plans, so I just want something that can take the knocks of daily riding, with the odd weekend grilling.
