I need some advice before I go and buy new MTB Shoes, can anybody recommend what I should look at. I need something decent, it should be suitable for the EPIC<?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Maybe more on a technical level, can the type of shoe have an impact on your knees e.g. if you have movement sideways while pedaling. <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Used a pair of Diadora MTB shoes for 10 years - no knee problems. Replaced them with Shimano MTB shoes, now my knee and ITB is acting up.

 

Shimano shoes sole is pressing against the pedal and prevents the float on the cleat to work freely, thinking about doing some artificial wear and tear.

Sidi. a little on a expensive side but worth it in the long run, the mtb versions are easy to clean and dry fast. But shoes are like saddles, not a one fit's all story..
