I just started to get ready for the ride when the parents of the wii kids arrived and we had a couple of beers first. Had to be sociable, so I only got out on the bike at 7pm. Luckily loads of sunshine still!

It's flat out here: So does that mean its only 10m below sea level? Don't joke about sea level. People get nervous around here... and just to let you know; the climb is 60 metres ascent! Not sure how many of those metres are above se level though...

Light enough to consume and still not affect your riding. Mind you, I did seem to slide a lot and nearly slipped on some roots. I blame the bald Larsen TT's though...
