I've got Bontrager tubeless wheels. I hit an exposed tree root yesterday and a spoke nipple broke. I have time to send it in to be repaired but my question is if this happens on a weekend away how the hell does one get the plastic/vescanite inner rim section out to remove the broken nipple. There is no obvious split? Would I have to slide the inner section around and remove the nipple through the valve hole? .....if you know what i mean.....
