Does anyone knows how to disassemble the damping cartridge and air cylinder from a lefty fork with ELO function?

yes but you will need special Cannondale Headshok Lefty tool's.

 

take it to Summit Cycles. Anton is a well versed on these in your area.

yeah, i remember a story about them being discontinued. big fan of leftys. you'll come right with summit. good guy.

ELO is discontinued from 2003 onward. Yours is the last of it's kind.

 

Parts are still available but could take time. Mechanical bits are bog std DLR components. Only difference is the ELO mechanism at the top of the fork. Thats a complete unit so it can be replaced.
