Good service

Just a short note to thank all parties involved for good service received.

On Sunday afternoon I was involved in a hit and run accident. Monday morning I completed the claim forms and sent them to Cyclesure. Tuesday I took the bike to West Rand Cycles. The frame was scrapped on Wednesday. New frame delivered the same day and new bike build and ready for collection by Thursday afternnoon.

 

I just want to thank Eben and his team at West Rand Cycles, Cyclesure and Jacques (Pinarello agent) for the excellant service received.

 

To have a new bike within 4 days of the accident is really exceptional.
