I think the problem is you Jaco - are you crazy to even try a warranty after more than 12 months - these are shoes you are talking about!  SIDIs are the absolute best shoes ever - would appologise to distributors for spreading this rubbish on the hub - the new agents have done a great job as far as I can tell!!  Less than a year ago you could not get the shoes anywhere...Try looking after them better next time...
