Cateye FS Polar wheelsize?

Got a question, I have 2 monitors Polar CS300 & Cateye Astrale 8. Now my question is on a 700x32c wheel, the size on polar is 2070mm as per manual but the wheel size on the cateye manual states 2095mm. I have enterd on the cateye the same size as polar 2070mm, the difference is only 0.01km/h. But why the different sizes on manual? Which is the correct size diamater?

I've found that none of the figures guoted for any of the computers are 100% correct, and need 'calibrating' yourself. I have a CatEye and a Garmin and have, over time, adjusted the CatEye setting to match the Garmin.
