Training ride 24 Sept - Pta

Hi guys (and ladies)

I am hoping to do a 3-4hr LSD ride starting at 06:00 0n Thur 24 Sept. If anyone is interested they are welcome to join me. Ave speed will be 26-27km/h. I plan on riding from Karsten cycles in Zambezi drive.

If there is enough interest I will try and get my wife to do backup.

Yeah, road riding. I'm not going to waste my day in the bush

 

I will probably do about 100-110km if I stay out for 4 hours. There will be one or two littlew hills, but I'm going to take it easy. I'm going to be riding according to my heart rate zones.
