Chain guides and BBs-What works?

Hi,

so after my inconclusive internet search I might aswell ask the hubbers. Which chainguide works with which type of BB? I have an internal BB longing for a chainguide, and as far as I know you can put an ISCG adapter as a spacer on external BBs, but what about the internal ones? And what exactly is ISIS drive or whatwhat? I know im missing something really obvious, care to help?

For an internal bb you'll need iscg tabs. External bbs can take iscg adaptors or e-type chainguides.
