David just pops in here every now and again. We sponsored MTN with the Mavic wheels and shoes.  We have all kinds of riders come past the warehouse this time of year.

 

The bike weight is 11.765kg without pedals on our topeak stand, here at the warehouse. Not sure how accurate these stands are but 11.8 is pretty good imo.

Thanks Ghostface,your efficiency impresses me.

For a few bucks more I will be shaving off those grams.

first will be the cranks ,then cassete ,the Deore stuff is a little bit too "anchor-like"

the sh*ters,deraileurs and brakes will be next.I thought of doing the wheels,but the stock wheels are not that heavy,they look heavy due to the deep section but I felt them ,,,,not bad.
