good service/ avnic trading

Hi Hubbers.

 

Just to let you guys out there no what great service i received from Avnic Trading in Jo Burg...... I sent my garmin 305 cadence sensor to be repaired, Dalton from Avnic who i was dealing with said that due to a slight delay he would send me an additional sensor free of charge.

When the package arrived the wrong part was sent, i contacted him and he was very apologetic, to cut a long story short by yesterday afternoon i still did not receive my sensors which would of been sent on monday, i dealt with a guy by the name of craig who was very helpful and promised to keep me updated.

About ten min later he phoned and said he had a problem as there could be no stock of The sensors but would keep me informed. Later Craig phoned to say that i would have my sensors by the latet 10:30 to day.

 

Just to let you know at 10:35 i was phoned to collect my items at my reception, both items were in it this time. i am in the Eastern Cape so this was a great effort by these guys.

 

To CRAIG and JACO of Avnic Trading well done guys you stood by your word and i got my items...... again a BIG THANKS....

Cool hope i have a similiar experience, i'm taking my 305 in again next week for random switch off problem.
