Voting 'No' on this, because I believe (for reasoan well documented) that this is a misguided attempt at improving the situation between cyclists and other road users.

 

This promotes segregated cycling which is, in my mind, more dangerous than integrated cycling.

Please explain what "segregated cycling" and "integrated cycling" would entail. Interesting concepts. Also please dwell on who would be "integrated" in the concept and what or how this will be achieved?
