I stay in Rynfield close to the Lynmed hospital. Anyone knows of group rides in the area.Times and places they meet.Thank you .

Forget the bling, groupsets and racing wheels - Benoni is the place to be!

oclv110 Posted October 28, 2009 Author Posted October 28, 2009 Thank you for the reply. I used to ride with Bring It on in the Kloof area. We had easy rides on Wed and Fri, hard rides on Tues and Thurs and long rides on Sat and Sun. I ride both, road and MTB.

oclv110 Posted November 2, 2009 Author Posted November 2, 2009 I went on Sunday with the TdF group and had a jol. The pace was hard for the ones that wanted to ride hard but there was a slower group with following vehicle behind.I ended up with 115km at 33.4km avg. (was quite windy) and legs were bushed as I haven't ridden for 3 months. All a bunch of nice guys and will do it again.
