  1. Has anyone ridden one of these or can share their views on this bike. I am in the market for a Dual Sus and really think that it is a very well specced bike.
  2. I just want to compliment a fellow hubber on excellent service. I had a broken/ cracked pedal. Look Blade with Titanium axle. I spoke to MrLook, he asked for a picture and replaced my pedals without any trouble. I was prepared to pay for fixing the pedal. He really stands behind his product with excelent back-up.
  3. Were they (bikejackers) also on bicycles?

    Druiwefees race

Does anybody know whether there will be late entries for this race.
  6. They should be. We rode there last Sunday and they told us that they will be open
  7. I weigh 78 kg's. Where is the best place to buy
  8. The American Classics are weight wise 1450 gr, but how reliable are they. I currently have Fulcrums that comes stock standard with Merida Big Nine 3000 carbon. Is the AC worth the 500 gr weight saving
  9. Maybe it has been discussed but I would appreciate feedback on best value for money 29er wheels, as far as weight and reliability is concerned. Also where is the best place to buy or to have it built. Thank you.
  10. Can one get a 39 for Shimmano or do they only come with Sram?
  11. Good day The topic has most probably been discussed. Went the 29 er route with 2 x10 crank. Running a 38 currently on the big ring. Is this the norm and does this cater for most racing conditions?
  12. TDF group ride every morning from the shop at 5h10. Saterdays most of the guys join the Pamona Classic which is generally fast pace and Sunday's a longer ride (gets decided on the morning) If you want more details , inbox me. enjoy.

    Ride for Sight

I dont know whether it is my imagination but I have done al 3 JHB races so far this year (Fast One, Emperors,Dischem) and the quality of the marshalling has improved by 100% versus the previous years. the guys on the motorbikes are really doing a tremendous job. They are very involved and keep everything in perfect control. Thanks again for the marshalls in the VA group.
  14. Great race and very well organised. Thanks to the organisers.
