orbeaorca Posted November 5, 2009 Share my friend had a warranty claim on a Arione. Excuse after excuse for more than 3 months. He confronted her at the Argus EXpo about it. The truly amazing bit was that suddenly his warranty saddle was in her boot and she was going to call him.
