Iqbal Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Hey guys, I just got me the SRAM red groupset. Takes some getting used to but love it already. Only beef i got with it is the zinging sound that seems to come off the ceramic bearing pulleys. Is this normal ?
BruceMoose Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Had sram red for a year now,never will have anything else.Had problem with noise too,normal for sram red.Found noise was coming from their solid cluster and Chain.Put on a dura-ace cluster and chain problem sorted.

Goodluck so nice chasing a noise.Did your shop tell you it is a noisey groupset?

Waiting for my SRAM red 28-11 cassette to be posted to me. SO i guess i should prepare myself for even more noise. Will just have to turn up the volume on the ipod then
