Front shock got stuck???

My rock shox reba race is stuck. It has about 5mm travel.

 

It was working fine before.

 

I'm don't know all the settings on it yet, but I did open the floodgate at the top where my remote lockout is fixed to the fork.

 

Anyone know what could be the problem?

It could have leaked oil in to the bottom casting causing the sliders to sit on top of the oil take it to a bike shop and have it checked out do not ride it as it is now it could cause expensive damage.
