They are still far off.

 

There is a few realy a few recently redone but most are still a mission just to pass.

On the road between Santa Clara and Lubango the section from Santa Clara to Ondjiva is terrible and will not survive the rain season. The section between Humbe and Cahama is terrible but under construction that just started. Cahama to Chibemba will be completed soon. Chibemba to Lubango is complete. Matala to Menongue under construction. Menongue to Katwitwe under construction. Various sections from Lubango to Luanda is under construction......... but all is not well in paradise!!!!!!

 

Massive amounts of money disappeared and everything is standing still. Nobody is getting paid for work done and some are up to 12 months behind. There was talk of World Bank bridging funds but that may be stolen as well...... who will ever know in Efferica...... as long as the Generals are happy!!!!!!!!
