How technical is the blue route at Teak?

been a few years since i been on the bike but did 40km at Teak on the weekend on the green route and was wondering how technical the blue route is? 

 

keen to give it a go on the weekend but will have a complete noobie with me and dont want to put him off riding his first ride, then again i might put myself off if it is very technical and I am still very unfit.
